This feature is available in the Cockpit, under the "Install an update" part.
It is possible to perform an upgrade across different bundle types. If you don't see your new bundle in your package even though you followed the rules bellow, contact HD and ask them for checking bundle types upgrade configuration.
Upgrading rules
- If two bundles have the same bundle type, the new bundle must have a later version.
- If two bundles have different bundle types, the bundles must have different bundle artifact versions. This is a limitation of Facade.
- After upgrade, the upgrade backup can be deleted (created only in the Live environment). However, it can be restored only if the current instances of the given environment are NOT in the "Termination protection" mode.
