Use the one-word name that is between the cockpit. and the .magnolia-platform.com in your Cockpit URL.

  1. Login to the Cockpit.
  2. Open your package overview.
  3. Copy the two-word name (separated by a dash) from the URL of an instance. Example:
     https://author-live-magnolia-example.de.magnolia-cloud.com
    → author- (instance)
    → live- (environment)
    → magnolia-example (subscription package name/code)
    → .de.magnolia-cloud.com (rest of the address)
