Use the one-word name that is between the cockpit. and the .magnolia-platform.com in your Cockpit URL.

- Login to the Cockpit.
- Open your package overview.
- Copy the first two words -word name (separated by a dash) from the label of the individual instances.
E.g. magnolia-example-live-X-Y-Z-public1 → magnolia-example = subscription package name; live = environment; X-Y-Z = version of a bundle; public1 = instanceURL of an instance. Example:
https://author-live-magnolia-example.de.magnolia-cloud.com
→ author- (instance)
→ live- (environment)
→ magnolia-example (subscription package name/code)
→ .de.magnolia-cloud.com (rest of the address)
