1. Login to the Cockpit.
2. Open your package overview.In the "My subscription packages" list on the Cloud Cockpit homepage, take note of the package name related to the issue.

3. Copy the two-word name (separated by a dash) from the URL of an instance. Example:
    https://author-live-magnolia-example.de.magnolia-cloud.com
→ author- (instance)
   → live- (environment)
   → magnolia-example (subscription package name/code)
   → .de.magnolia-cloud.com (rest of the address)
