Use the one-word name that is between the cockpit. and the .magnolia-platform.com in your Cockpit URL.

1. Login to the Cockpit.
2. Open your package overview.In the "Your subscription packages" list on the "Welcome to Magnolia Cockpit" page, take note of the package name related to the issue.

3. Copy the two-word name (separated by a dash) from the URL of an instance. Example:
    https://author-live-magnolia-example.de.magnolia-cloud.com
→ author- (instance)
   → live- (environment)
   → magnolia-example (subscription package name/code)
   → .de.magnolia-cloud.com (rest of the address)
