Problem

I cannot log in to the Admincentral.

Solution

  1. Log in to Magnolia using an account which has rights to open the "Security" app.
  2. Check whether your name is on the "Users" list.
  3. If not, add a new user in the "Users" tab.
    1. (warning) Do not forget to assign the new user to the appropriate group!
  4. If yes, check whether you are a member of some group.
