titleui-How to use the legacy Magnolia 5 UI in 6.0-to-5.7 "bridge" modus

If you want to access Magnolia Version 6.0 of the UI project contains a "bridge" modus which lets backend users access the AdminCentral with the "old" look and feel as known from Magnolia 5.7. The bridge mode doesn't look completely identical but similar to the 5.7 version. 

Tip

Use the "bridge" modus if you encounter problems with custom apps or other UI related issues.

To get to "bridge" modus, change the URL the following way:

Use <protocoll>//<host>/context/.magnolia/admincentral-m5, instead of <protocoll>//<host>/context/.magnolia/admincentral .

with the legacy 5.x look and feel, add a -m5 suffix to your instance URL after "admincentral". For example:

Example: http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/.magnolia/admincentral-m5

This is a useful workaround if you have display issues with custom apps for example.

(warning) Note that this legacy UI mode is not fully functional and will not be supported indefinitely. Please make sure you let us know how we can improve the 6.0 UI so that we can fix any issues properly.
