In the Community Edition, you can only create and use one site. In DX Core, the number of sites that can be used is defined by the number of licenses purchased.  If you are a holder of the original The former Enterprise Edition Standard license, you can create multiple site definitions in DX Core, but the multisite feature will be locked. With an EE Standard license, the system only takes the fallback site definition into account and will ignore additional site definitionswhich in pre-6.1 Magnolia releases allowed using the enterprise features but with only one site, is not compatible with Magnolia 6.1, so none of the DX Core features will work. The holders of this license are required to request new licenses for DX Core.
